This extensive project beautifully showcases our high-performance synthetic kajan thatch roofing solutions across thousands of square meters of pristine overwater and coastal structures. Spanning over 10,000 square meters, our premium synthetic Kajan thatch products was selected to cover the resort’s most iconic spaces, including the majestic overwater villas, the main welcome lobby, beachfront restaurants, and multiple outdoor synthetic thatch umbrellas. Engineered for tropical resilience, the synthetic thatch provides an authentic, traditional island aesthetic while offering unmatched UV resistance and fire retardancy, crucial for the Maldives' demanding marine climate.
